Why?
Based on the ISO56000 Standard and the ISO56010 Standard, we will give know the Key Concepts of Innovation, the relationship between Systems, Processes, Activities and Best Practices, we will also handle the relationships between Science, Creativity and Innovation and between Ideas, Concepts, Solutions, Creation, Access and Transfer of value, to understand how develop innovative solutions. In addition, we will analyze the Operational processes of Innovation: identification of opportunities, idea management, prototyping, development and use to the market and the Models of Value Driven Innovation (VDI) vrs Idea Promote Innovation (IDI). Finally we will take a trip to 1000 meters of height above the innovation management system and its three subsystems based on the ISO56002 standard.
