We know that the Innovation Management System (SGI) must be Sustainable.
To guarantee this premise, we use our M+3Ss implementation model.
What do we refer to as Methods?
The practices or processes that the organization has in its Innovation Management System (SGI). These methods start with an idea or framework, until they are implemented and deployed throughout the organization at the appropriate level. Many of these methods evolve into the use of World Best Practices.
What do we mean by Systematic?
The methods, practices or processes of the Innovation Management System (SGI) must be subjected to improvement/innovation cycles. For this, the improvement cycles must be repeatable, successive, in addition to measuring their effectiveness (on operations) and impact (on the business) in order to compare them (bechmarking) with organizations recognized as a practice of excellence in innovation.
What do we mean by Systemic?
The methods, practices or processes of the Innovation Management System (SGI) must be adequately integrated with other relevant methods. For this, the organization must have a systemic management approach and an end-to-end process management approach, so that these methods can be adequately interrelated with each other.
What do we mean by Sustainable?
The results generated by the implemented, deployed, improved and integrated methods must ensure three relevant aspects:
- They must validate the creation of value for clients, the market, shareholders, collaborators, partners and other key interest groups.
- They must promote sustained growth of the organization
- They must mitigate risk while minimizing resources and maximizing attractiveness.
